Factory Acceptance Inspection

If you believe that the supplier is reliable but you also worry that if final products comply with PO requirements, a final inspection before factory acceptance for quantity and quality will be suitable. Sometimes a manufacturer’s final products substantially drops from the initial, agreed-upon items. This may be due to a difference in the manufacturer’s view of what is an acceptable deviation from that benchmark, a blatant rushing of production. The factory acceptance inspection will ensure the products meet PO requirements, if any question detected, it can be sloved at the factory before shipment.

With SENSE representing your company, we will perform a Factory Acceptance Inspection(also sometimes referred to as review & test manufacturer) . We will use the provider’s detection device and testing laboratories on-site to test the products. We will record fainthfully the situation at the scene, analyze and evaluate the production schedule conforming to your requirement. We will document all non-conformities with pictures and a full statistical report, which will submitted within 24 hours after finished inspection.
